11th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)John was great to deal with throughout the process apart from being let down with 2 days notice from moving into property leaving me disappointed and left to sort out returning a sofa, bed and wardrobes at expense to myself so close to Christmas. Highly unprofessional giving me 2 days notice via email that the property was no longer to be let and to let them know bank details to return deposit. Very dissatisfied with service led to believe the property was mine…

27th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I cannot recommend Roffeys enough. My partner and I have been looking for a flat for months now and we went to pretty much all renting agencies in Waltham abbey. All of them told us there was nothing available until we luckily went to Roffeys. We met Charlotte, who is such a kind and welcoming person. She offered us three options, we went for the second one and we will now be moving in soon. Very welcoming and helpful team! Thank you Charlotte and Katina.
10th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

I would 100 % recommend Westwood Leber as my experience was positive, with great communication throughout the whole process.
30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!
1st May 2024 (18 days ago)Selling our much loved home was a stressful and emotional time however Tom was always at the end of the phone with advice and reassurance. Even after completion, Tom has stayed in contact, forwarding any properties he feels will meet our criteria. I couldn’t recommend Gracechurch Property Services highly enough.

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!- 25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Altogether a positive experience. The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.

(18 reviews)12th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)My brother had used Reynolds Salter on a previous occasion, so when we were selling our late mother's property under probate, we called David Reynolds to value the property and suggest a marketing plan, along with two other agents. David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent. In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.
