Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.
7th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.
3rd May 2026 (4 days ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment. You’re a great team. Best wishes Jan and Francis.

We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day. We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.

Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

Naomi particularly was great as she helped get the completion date over the line as there were some slight issues on the sellers side but it was a success. Great communication from the team and really helpful! Thanks again

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have recently brought my first property with Green & Co and I can honestly say they are the best agents I could have gone with. Claire & the team are the most friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive team, and they made the process so unbelievably smooth. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous, especially regarding mortgages and the application process but Lisa and Donna both made the process completely calming and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns, and at any time of day. If you are in Tamworth or local I would absolutely advise purchasing or selling with Greens. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you so much Claire & team for making this the most amazing experience.

I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. The moment we first met, I already felt in safe hands, her friendly personality and wealth of knowledge confirmed we made the right choice. She knew more about our house than we did, including the quality of our builders. She saw the potential and knew what our house was worth. From start to finish the entire process was stress-free and seamless. Julie and her team, especially Beth were fast and efficient. Beth answered all of our questions and always gave us fast feedback after viewings. This team stands out from the rest and I cannot recommend them enough.
