24th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Similar to another review reference letting a property, they were only interested in getting their money. They allowed our tenants to leave early and refused to cover any shortfall due to their “miscommunication”. Tried to bring my family members private affairs into the situation as a way of blackmail. I am currently perusing lost earnings and blackmail complaints through the property ombudsman. Shocking.
9th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had to contact them several times for feed back and information, having to go into the branch a few times. They appeared to put the property on Rightmove and sit back and wait.

From start to finish he’s been professional, supportive, approachable and always kept us updated every step of the way. Moving house is stressful, but Andrew made the whole process feel so much easier with his calm manner, excellent communication and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always went above and beyond to help things move along smoothly. We’re so grateful for all his hard work and would highly recommend Andrew and Burnetts Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you again for all your help!
14th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.- 12th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Yes it was a good experience took longer to go sale agreed then I wanted but the market is slow at the moment. 13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
