22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)The two Pauls were really helpful and very good.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Samuels and sons. They were professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about the market. They gave me a fair valuation and took the time to answer all my questions. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re considering a valuation.
9th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had to contact them several times for feed back and information, having to go into the branch a few times. They appeared to put the property on Rightmove and sit back and wait.
10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our home through Burnett's Estate Agents and the experience couldn't have been better.

When we were thinking about selling our home we met with several estate agents who felt pushy - so finding Burnett's was a breath of fresh air - as from the very beginning they demonstrated a genuine care for our home and the sale being a success on our terms. They took time to get to know our home and show case it in a way that confirmed they understood what we loved about our home.

Selling a house and moving can be incredibly stressful, but Burnett's made the whole process feel straight forward. We always felt taken care of and valued as clients.

We are pleased we chose Burnett's and recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
14th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.- 12th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Yes it was a good experience took longer to go sale agreed then I wanted but the market is slow at the moment. Suzy Shellabear.
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Straight forward advertising. Got to the point. Sorted.

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.

15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I've had the great pleasure of working with Ana and her team on a number of occasions. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was on the market with them for 3 months. 2 viewings and no sale. The market is not favourable at the moment but pricing of the property was probably not right.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Adrian acted for us in the sale of our late Aunt's house and found a buyer within a few weeks. When this sale unfortunately fell through Adrian found another buyer very quickly and the sale has just completed. Adrian kept in touch throughout the whole process, and was available 7 days a week. He was friendly and helpful throughout and we would absolutely recommend AP Estate Agents. Thanks Adrian.
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Enthusiastic team with good communication
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Jemima at Burnett's was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the sale of our home. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly proactive throughout in what historically has been a challenging sale and purchase in a tough market — always keeping us informed, chasing things up on our behalf, and helping smooth over a few bumps along the way with real tact and professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to help keep everyone in the chain calm and moving forward when things got stressful. We really felt looked after, and we're genuinely grateful for everything she did to get us over the line. Couldn't recommend Jemima and Burnett's more highly — thank you for everything!

16th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Five stars across the board for the team at Charles Century in Hailsham! They recently handled the sale of my property and the entire experience was outstanding. A special mention must go to Chris, whose communication skills are second to none. He kept me constantly updated and masterfully coordinated with both the solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain, making a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Every single member of staff at the Hailsham office was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
