10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Vendors & buyers beware. Poor communication & couldn’t negotiate their way out of a paper bag, let alone generate a sale of a property I agreed a purchase price for. Rude. Refused to answer any questions relevant to enable purchase to proceed after paying for property survey. Thank you John & all at S & C ??????

I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nothing has been too much trouble and the communication has been brilliant.<br>Wendy is one of the most “non estate agenty” people we have met. She has been lovely to deal with and has been so helpful. We liked her good knowledge of the house and area.<br>Eloise was the person who chased our purchase and she did an exceptional job chasing everyone to completion - it wasn’t always straight forward but she persevered and we got there in the end<br>All in all a very happy and successful experience and I would thoroughly recommend Surridge Mison Estates.
