I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

My wife and I have been looking to buy an apartment in South Kensington / Chelsea since Christmas and have therefore been exposed to your teams. I wanted to write to commend the way in which we have been dealt with by Harry Shaw and Felicity Curran. They are fantastic and a real credit to Chestertons and your brand. We had a regrettable failed attempt at buying one property but all those dealings were dealt with extremely professionally by Harry. We are now on track with our purchase of another and we have very much enjoyed dealing with the charming, Felicity. They are great individuals and deserve to get good feedback.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
19th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)OK, let's face it, estate agents have a reputation that can make insurance salesmen and second hand car dealers look good. Murray Lee is the exception to the rule - as others have put it here, he is the best of the best! Fourteen years ago we walked into his office and described what we were looking for and he said unfortunately it was a needle in a haystack... the next day he called us to say he had found a needle, and he was right; it turned out to be the perfect place! Murray made a complicated sale run smoothly, keeping lines of communication open and helping everyone through the process. So when we came to put our home on the market all these years later, there was only one person to call - Murray! He said the market was slow and it would be tricky to sell... and then put together an amazing sales pack and got a load of people though the door as soon as we were on the market, resulting in an offer accepted in less than a week. Our sale went though several ups and downs and he was the one that kept it all on track. All those years of experience make him a force to reckon with! Murray knows the market, he knows the area and most importantly, he knows people (in fact, in the Golders Green area it seems like he knows everyone). He goes way beyond just introducing buyers to sellers, he knows how stressful and heart wrenching moving house can be, and he goes the extra mile to make things work for everyone, Yes, the company name is right, Dreamview makes dreams come true... I hope never to move again, but if I did I'd be straight on the phone to this man. Can't recommend him highly enough... and it's not often in life you can say that! Thanks Murray!

5th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)so glad that I chose Frank & Te Koop to sell my Property. Living & working out of the area it was important to find someone I felt I could trust to handle everything. Frank offered what seemed like sound advice so we took it. We sold quickly for a price several thousand pounds above the recommended price of several other agents. we used Franks recommended conveyancer’s, who were very good, and together they drove the sale forward for us. I would recommend & use again both again. Thank you Te Koop!- 12th Apr 2021 (4 years ago)If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
