Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.

We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

18th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)This review specifically concerns Rubel at Benham & Reeves, and the way he handled our tenancy. Our experience with Rubel suggests a troubling pattern: everything appears smooth until you raise legitimate concerns. The moment issues are pointed out, whether about maintenance, communication, or property readiness, his tone shifted noticeably. Tenants who ask reasonable questions or expect basic standards should not feel that doing so will negatively affect how they are represented by Rubel to landlords or other parties. Professional agents separate personal frustration from factual representation. In our experience, Rubel did not consistently demonstrate that separation. If a tenant raises concerns about management standards, that should not result in them being portrayed unfavourably. We would strongly advise landlords to carefully review how Rubel is managing their properties and how tenant relationships are being communicated on their behalf. This is not a reflection on every individual at Benham & Reeves, but it is a serious concern regarding Rubel’s professionalism and approach.

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

1st Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

5th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had a great experience working with Prabs and the team at Ashley King Estate Agents on my property sale. They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.
20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

He acted as the agent when our daughters purchased their first flats and was helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Gary consistently chased both parties to keep everything moving smoothly and well managed. His communication and dedication really stood out, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone buying in the area.

Stuart was super helpful when it came to us buying our family home in Windsor, with a great amount of knowledge and support - especially as we were buying a house with a big future renovation project in mind. We then decided to use them again to rent the property out for a short time before we moved in ourselves, and we had Adele looking after the property, who was fantastic throughout. She was always so quick to reply to emails when we needed anything, and even at the end of the tenancy when we had a few potential issues with the tenants moving out, she dealt with everything brilliantly! Would certainly recommend Lawsons for any housing needs. Thanks to the whole team.

They look after the management of our estate and have made many improvements, all of which have had a really positive impact. Joanna and her team are professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with, always keeping us informed and addressing any issues promptly. It’s reassuring to know our estate is being managed so well, and I would highly recommend Joanna and the team at Novus Residential.

He guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism, especially as we were managing a rental remortgage alongside a purchase mortgage at the same time. What could have been a stressful and complex situation felt much more manageable thanks to his clear communication and supportive approach. He was always helpful, responsive, and willing to take the time to explain everything. We truly appreciated his support and would highly recommend this company. We intend to use Assure Move Estate agents for our rental also.
