Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

11th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently exchange contracts on a property. Gary was brilliant from start to finish. Great communication from negotiating and updates throughout the process. Alan who showed us round on a few occasions was also brilliant. Knowledgeable about the properties and very personable! I would recommend the agent for selling and buying very professional. I'm also a mortgage broker so communicate with a lot of estate agents and I found them so easy to deal with!

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

3rd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

Always responsive and proactive in ensuring all matters were being chased and always a friendly service. I would have no hesitation in using Hannah again. Thank you

Claire’s communication was thorough and straightforward. At times it felt like Jonathon was a family counsellor! Selling and moving is stressful and he made it much easier.<br>Many thanks.

22nd Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Carl Hemming – ‘Former Principal of Ginger Estate Agents’ ‘Your Local Property Agent Consultant at Martin & Co Solihull’<br><br>Our experience with Carl Hemming has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss, stress and emotional turmoil for our family.<br><br>We accepted an offer from Carl Hemming’s parents in November after being told the sale was “cast iron” and, based on that reassurance, we were encouraged to cancel further viewings. Unfortunately, seven months later the sale had still not progressed to exchange.<br><br>During this period we received regular assurances that matters were progressing and that exchange was imminent. Acting on those updates, we incurred substantial costs for surveys, legal fees and searches on the property we intended to purchase. In the end, the transaction failed, leaving us in a very difficult position.<br><br>It is our opinion that a genuinely independent estate agent would not have recommended accepting this offer in the circumstances, and certainly would have advised us to consider remarketing the property much earlier once it became clear that progress had stalled. We were left feeling that we had no independent guidance or realistic assessment of the situation.<br><br>We are also concerned about what we believe to be a potential conflict of interest arising from the relationship between the buyer and the estate agent, and we have submitted a formal complaint asking for this to be investigated. We are also seeking independent legal advice regarding the matter.<br><br>Perhaps most disappointing of all was the complete lack of any meaningful communication or apology after the sale collapsed. In our experience, both Carl Hemming and Martin & Co Solihull failed to provide the level of professionalism, transparency and customer care that we expected.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend not using Carl Hemming at all.
