20th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.
21st Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)John German were 100% professional from the very first visit through to completion. They were honest and factual and managed the sale extremely efficiently. Communications is very important during what can be a stressful experience they were brilliant keeping us informed at all times. Would thoroughly recommend them.
16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Communication with the agency was easy and the staff were very helpful throughout the process. The only area that could be improved is the property advertising, which should be a bit better in terms of presentation and details.
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with this agency.<br>There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.<br><br>Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.

29th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)I would recommend Open House Estate Agents. They took great pictures and gave a thorough description of the house, getting our house on the market quickly. Personal service and excellent communication throughout the process. The only issue we had was when it came to the negotiation with our buyer for a price - we had to push back quite hard against offers that were below what we thought were acceptable. Open House were understanding when we raised this issue and it finally helped us reach a target price we were happy to accept. They are willing to listen to your needs.
