15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
28th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Matt, Pippa, Joy and Jack at Edge Goodrich for everything they have done to sell out house and support us through the entire process. From the initial consultation with Matt, to preparing for market, the production of the brochure and eventually securing the sale their approach has been nothing but highly professional. This was most evident once the sale had been agreed and everything slowed down due to issues in the chain and this is where it was important to have hard-working, diligent individuals pushing on our behalf. We are so happy everything has now been completed but cannot thank everyone at Edge enough.

9th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Were do I start joke of a company 1st of all the staff need to check there grammar n spelling mistakes afther mistakes on head letters half the time they never pick up phones in the office when ever you go in office the staff just look like they woke up out of bed not even smart this company needs to fix up big time
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Not very good communication. Contacted about a viewing on a property & was told they were on holiday for the week & viewings would be arranged when back. Chased today (Tuesday) about viewings & miraculously it has been let. Just communicate correctly, its not much to ask. If the viewings were full or something, just say so.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Recently called trying to book a viewing on an industrial unit , was told it had been taken off the market so I asked if there was anything similar or they could offer any alternatives , was then told no and there was nothing and couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough not quite sure what kind of services they offer but they’re not very helpful ??????
