1st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Purchasing our property through Ledbury’s Stooke Hill & Walshe was fantastic. All the members of staff went above and beyond to make the whole process stress free. I couldn’t recommend them high enough.
26th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Emma my Estate Agent came round and looked at the property on a Saturday morning and said that she would do some research and get back to me with a price. Later that afternoon she emailed me with a valuation for.the house. Unlike a previous Estate Agent there were no frills or glossy brochures of other properties thay had for sale and I wasnt overloaded with lots of information. There were a few issues surrounding the construction of the house but that didn't fase the agents. They have been very good at letting me know when I had a viewing and passed on the feedback they were given afterwards. They have been at the other end of the phone if needed or any emails I sent were promptly replied to.

24th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I will never prepare this agency because we booked one house last minute they said the landlord was accepted your approach when I was phone them they not give the answer and cut my phone they very rude with me. Poor service

17th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)34 years since I last bought/sold a property and forgotten how stressful it was going to be. Philip and Liesl at Bartlams made it feel much easier. But have to say I will never move again.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

From our very first conversation, he was responsive, calm, professional and always shared honest updates and next steps, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Matt also took the time to understand what we were looking for. When our first purchase fell through, his knowledge of the local area meant he was able to suggest new properties and viewings that he thought would be a good fit for us. One of those viewings ended up being our perfect home, and we moved in last week!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted and couldn’t be happier with our new house. A huge thank you to Matt for his perseverence and guidance throughout the whole process. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to move!
10th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Tom molloy is very professional and hardworking Estate Agent . From first meeting when he came to value our property right through to the very end of completion. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.<br>From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.<br>Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.<br>Highly recommended
