15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

16th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent commercial properties.
26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Been with Northwood team for more than a year and had couple of issues in property which were later on picked up by Geraldine one by one and all issues were sorted on priorty basis. Communication was so great and contractors were assigned to each issue. Happy to be one of the tenant with Northwood Solihull :)
29th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We recently tried to rent a commercial property that SJ had. Ryan the representative had zero knowledge nor could answer any of our inquiries. Weeks later still no emails, month later we received an email that our offer was declined with no explanation as to why. Many attempts later to speak to anyone other then receptionists fell on death ears. Terrible run business all should avoid at all costs.

11th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
