17th May 2025 (1 year ago)Shelley at Home4 was excellent. Within a few days of the board going up we had 22 viewings and was sold very quickly after They informed me by text the dates and times of each viewing. They even helped me with my technical issues.
19th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)After my late mother's property in Harbury had been on the market with a large national estate agent chain with no success of sale, I was very grateful for Pina at Kleinmann Properties to market it for us. She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)
30th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

Their communication and support have been excellent throughout, and we have been very happy renting through them. Highly recommended.

3rd Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!

14th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before

Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????

25th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I had a completely unprofessional experience with John Shepherd Estate & Letting Agents regarding a rental property in the Gravelly Hill area. On June 23rd, I submitted a viewing request through Rightmove for a flat where I fully met all the pre-qualification criteria mentioned in their listing, including income, move-in date, and tenant profile. Since I received no response, I went in person to their office on June 24th. They confirmed that my request was in their system and told me I would be contacted later that day to arrange a viewing. That call never came. I followed up again by email on June 25th, which was also ignored. Meanwhile, I tried calling multiple times during working hours, but their phone line appears to be permanently down. It always plays a message saying no one is available, with no way to leave a voicemail. This is not only unprofessional, it makes them completely unreachable. To make matters worse, the listing was marked as "out of market" on June 25th without any notice or explanation. I was never informed if the property was let, withdrawn, or if I was being considered at all. No courtesy email, no update, nothing. I made every effort to follow their process, I showed genuine interest, I visited their office, followed up in writing and by phone, and I met all their listed requirements. In return, I received complete silence and zero transparency. This is not just poor service – it is a total lack of respect for applicants. If you are a prospective tenant, I strongly advise caution when dealing with this branch. My experience showed a complete breakdown in professionalism, communication, and basic standards of letting practice.
