Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

3rd Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!

30th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We chose Purple Bricks as they were the most responsive of 3 agents, pleasant to deal with and efficient. They were the lowest of the valuations but I believe it was priced to sell. We arranged the viewings ourselves but it was easy to do. The only gripe I have is that the person who was handling our sale changed and we weren't informed also when I phone there is sometimes a long wait. However the process on the whole has been efficient so far and we received an offer pretty quickly.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

11th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
