10th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

4th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed. Maintenance and repairs take far too long to be addressed, even when raised as urgent. When issues pose potential safety risks or hazards to tenants, they still fail to take prompt action. Tenant safety and basic upkeep should be a priority, but their lack of responsiveness has made living here frustrating and concerning. Would not recommend.<br>Just to add up ,when contractors finally arrive, the work is consistently left incomplete and below a professional standard.
