They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

Everyone I dealt with was outstanding and they have all done a great job.<br>There are always things that crop up when buying a house, but they handled everything with care and thoughtfulness, gave us great advice along the way, and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.<br>I didn’t choose them as I was buying rather than selling, but based on this experience, I absolutely would choose them in the future.<br>Many thanks,<br>Jonathan & Ellen

Taylor, Niki, and Kyra each played a key part in making the process smooth, organised, and keeping me informed. Their communication was clear, their professionalism was consistent, and they were always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to find an estate agency team that feels genuinely supportive, but Leaders delivered exactly that. I felt well looked after from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient service.

3rd Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Matt Chandler at Mansell McTaggart has recently handled a property sale for me and has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout. This was a remote sale so I was relying on the agent even more than usual for all aspects. He demonstrated sound and considered market knowledge and I felt secure accepting his advice. Neighbours who met him the property commented on the interest he showed during his appraisal and the amount of time he took to make sure he understood the property fully. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved even with some challenging circumstances.<br>Everyone who answered the phone at Mansells did their best to help me throughout the transaction. Many thanks to the whole team.

Fantastic regular comms, super helpful snd friendly, thank you Pat, your professionalism and approach was very much appreciated.

Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! Sold my property once and Steven has been amazing. I met Steven when he was working in the Lancing Branch.This is my first time selling and buying a property on my own. Steven took me under his wing and guided me through the whole process of applying for a new mortgage. Unfortunately my sale fell through. I have had to start all over again . And even though Steven has moved to Bognor Regis he has honoured my mortgage deal. I have now resold my place and found my new forever home. Once again Steven has got me a great mortgage. His communication throughout this whole process has been fantastic. I highly recommend him ????????????
