9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I’ve had a really great experience with James Dean Estate Agents, especially Grace. She has been so lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, was always happy to help, and kept me reassured along the way. It’s been a pleasure dealing with her, and I really appreciate all her help and support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property. Thank you Grace, for making the experience such a positive one! ??????
??????????
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! From start to finish Jamie was completely transparent with us and we absolutely trusted we were in safe hands throughout. Thank you so much Jamie and your lovely team.

The Carter Family
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing mostly with Aden during our time with Jacob’s Steel. He was superb! Was always sharing valuable advice and felt he truly cared about us getting our house sold. Would not hesitate to recommend him and the rest of the team in the office, they are all great! Thanks for everything.

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We have had the absolute pleasure of Whitlock's selling our cottage, Abbie and her whole team have worked tirelessly in selling our cottage and chasing solicitors. They have kept us informed weekly about how it's all going and fingers crossed ?????? for tomorrow we will be exchanging and completing in under 2 months. So yes we would definitely recommend Whitlock's to anyone. They have always answered every question we have had. Thank you so much Abbie and the whole team who has helped. ??????
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've been dealing with marcie at Leaders now on a couple of issues on my rental, and she has been superb dealing with troubles for me , first class service from her saves me messing around keep it up??????????????????many thanks
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Joe Oakley explained and dealt with the rented property issues very professionally
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket
