His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!
26th May 2026 (19 days ago)We’ve just completed on our first home through Jacobs Steel and honestly can’t thank Dom, Aden and the team enough. Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful, responsive and patient. Despite a few stressful moments outside of anyone’s control, Dom in particular kept things moving, kept us updated and was always approachable throughout. Would absolutely recommend Jacobs Steel and we’ll definitely be using them again when the time eventually comes for us to sell. Thanks again to the whole team. Charlie & Amber

We dealt with both the lettings and sales teams and could not have been happier with our experience. Jamie, Isabel, Sue and Callum were the ones we had regular dealings with and all were fantastic.

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL – ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY Buying our first ever property is something we will remember for the rest of our lives, and thanks to Fox & Sons, that memory will be nothing but positive. From the very beginning right through to completion, Abigail, Kane, and Luckman were nothing short of outstanding. I genuinely cannot overstate how incredible they all were — this was a 10/10 experience in every sense of the word. As first?time buyers, we naturally went into the process feeling excited but also nervous, unsure of what to expect and worried about making mistakes. Every single one of those worries disappeared almost instantly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and genuine care shown by the team. Property got 16 viewing booked within the first 48 hours of being live and ended up with 7 offers, 6 of which were over listing price which is amazing. Offer has just been accepted so still early days but so far we're very impressed with Dan and the team at Taylor Robinson

18th May 2026 (27 days ago)Over the years, I have rented a few properties in England through different estate agencies. I must say that Courtney Green is the best I have ever come across. (1) The senior lettings agent Freddie took care of my lettings to make sure that I moved in my rented apartment hassle free. (2) Bradley is the best property manager I have ever met. He managed my apartment with great care and made sure every necessary repair work was carried out promptly and conpleted with a satisfactory standard. Whenever there was any issue with the boiler, Bradley assured the engineer attended my apartment for necessary repair work at the first available time. He never failed me on any occasion. (3) Louise, the senior property manager, is super efficient and highly responsive in handling my deposit refund. She managed to refund the deposit to me in full within 7 days after I had moved out of the apartment. I highly recommend Courtney Green to both the landlords and the tenants in Horsham. If you look for highly professional, friendly and efficient lettings and property management service, Courtney Green is simply the best.

21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

With me, my partner and our newborn, she has been great with communication and keeping us updated on when things are being completed. She was very clear with all information that was needed and was more than helpful with when we had some confusion. Could not praise her enough!
29th May 2026 (16 days ago)The reason I decided to leave this review is because the agency is advertising the property again using misleading and outdated photos that do not represent the actual condition of the house. A responsible and reasonable agency should not continue marketing the property this way while serious issues such as damp, mould, cleanliness, and noise problems remain unresolved. There should be a zero-star option for this place. My stay at 13 Albany Road was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The property should be inspected by the council for damp and mould issues. The agency is using old and misleading photos that do not reflect the real condition of the house. Do not be fooled by the advertisement. In reality, the property is dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the “good quality accommodation” it is presented as. I feel completely misled by the listing and would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting here.

22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)We were very happy that the Sales Team found some good buyers in a good amount of time - we have found the Sales Team to be dynamic in the past, which is why we initially chose Robert Luff. However, whilst pleased that the sale has finally happened, we have been very disappointed about how long it has taken. In principle it should have been very straightforward, there being no chain. But nothing happened for a long time, and the searches, which should be applied for week 1, only took place after about six weeks, a couple of days after we put in a deadline and John had a discussion with David Graham, the Account Manager in Taylor Rose. It was good that Madison gave John his contact details and suggested they had a conversation. This was after weeks of trying to contact Madison with a view to getting the searches organised. Yes, we appreciate that there were problems with the solicitors, and are very unhappy with their performance on the buyers' side, but we do believe that Madison could have done more chasing. At least a fortnight was lost at the beginning before anyone realised there was a problem, when we started chasing. It was also very difficult to contact Madison. Maybe she had too many other sales to deal with, but she was unavailable to speak nearly every time we tried to contact her. We are looking to put another two-bed house on the market next month. We are very much in two minds about who to put it on with. We have always been pleased with the Sales Team, but the Sale Progression side has never been satisfactory. We would like to have a conversation with a Senior Manager very soon about whether anything could be changed, were we to put another property on the market with you.
