2nd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I have contacted the lettings team over the last 4 months (calling and emailing) with zero return. Ive got an issue to discuss with a Landlord that his renting out the house next to me. The lack of response or even when I call and dont get any deadlines have been very poor! I will not mention the associate thst was tasked to assist me but I really hope this gets escalated as ive been asking to talk with her Manager as well, only to be ignored as well. They were my Letting angecy when I bought my house a couple years ago and I would not want to do business with them again.
6th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

They are an exceptionally diligent & knowledgeable team, who were proactive throughout & always followed up on enquiries. Special mention for Jack, who is a wonderful asset to the company & whose patience, knowledge & understanding proved to be critical in ensuring a successful sale.

I dealt with Abbie mostly who was absolutely fantastic, was on the ball just as much as me! Which really is something! I want things don’t yesterday in terms of paperwork…. If you’re looking for an agent, I wouldn’t hesitate on using Marcus Grimes. They make the stress of selling up that little bit easier. Thanks Marcus, Abbie and team!!

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.
21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a phenomenal experience with Chatt estates. We bought our first home through them which is a daunting experience but Alex supported us every step of the way. It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. Everything was smooth and thought through and the welcome gift when we picked up our keys was such a kind touch. Thank you Alex and the team!!
