24th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I went into the office and said I wanted to visit a property expecting to hear quickly. Nothing. Had to go in again. Not impressed at all. Let’s see if their customer service improves? A nice phone call would’ve been helpful explaining the situation. They come across as entitled and not very helpful.

6th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.

15th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.
16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We enjoyed our time both buying and selling with Hamptons Chichester. Bradley Harris and Max Paravicini were always professional in a relaxed manner, making our move stress free! I would have no hesitation recommending them.

12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

Marketing that valued my input, no hard selling, good advice at all stages, worked to and met my timescales. Understood that we are people with real needs and not just more stock to throw on the pile.<br>I'd recommend them highly.

The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough!
