27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We have been with Arington for the past 3 years as Tennants, unfortunately we have to move on but the team have been extremely helpful and pleasant, We can only hope we find one as good next time. Highly recommended.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We recently sold a house and bought a bungalow through Sims Williams Estate Agents. The staff in the Arundel Office were extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. We would recommend them to anyone searching for or selling property in the Arundel area.

25th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Many thanks for the help I was given and the speed with which everything has been achieved. The last time I moved house was 26 years ago and it was very different experience then!
20th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)As a local conveyancer I deal with a lot of estate agents and I would trust Kenton in a heartbeat to sell my property! Reliable and trustworthy and a thoroughly lovely person to boot.
12th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Absolutely amazing couldn’t have been any better, always quick responses and no question is a silly question, the customer support is unreal and will help find you a home to fit your wants and needs
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agents. I wouldn’t use or recommend Chatt estates for buying or selling a property.
