I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Meghan shared about the local area and the types of properties available. I’m planning to move to the area in a couple of years and will definitely be returning, hopefully Meghan will be able to help me find the perfect home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful these days, and I didn’t get the same feeling from other agents I visited. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome! Sophie
20th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

8th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The communication with the staff (Hayley) was first rate. Not only was she knowledgeable about selling my property but she was a mine of information on areas I was unfamiliar with. This sale was my mother’s home before she passed and I was clueless!

Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

Communication was absolutely outstanding from start to finish—always quick to respond, incredibly proactive, Alex and Nancy kept me fully updated every step of the way. I always felt completely reassured and in the loop, which made the whole process so much smoother and far less stressful than I expected. They were also an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help wherever they could. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Truly excellent service! Thank you for helping us find our dream family home
