Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!

It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.

They deal with any tenant enquiries promptly, arrange repairs when needed, and keep me informed without involving me in every little issue. It means I can have complete confidence that everything is being looked after while my own involvement is kept to a minimum.<br><br>One thing I really value is how knowledgeable they are. They always keep me up to date with changes in property legislation and government requirements, making sure my property remains fully compliant. They also keep my tenant informed, which helps everything run smoothly.<br><br>The regular property inspections and detailed reports give me real peace of mind. If any maintenance is needed, they let me know with clear recommendations, and the monthly statements are always accurate and easy to understand.<br><br>Their tenant selection process has been excellent too. They found me a fantastic tenant, and I’ve had no problems at all. They also advised me on increasing the rent to a fair market level, achieving the best return for my property while ensuring my tenant remained happy.<br><br>What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they provide. However Gareth’s calm confidence , warm and professional manner in every aspect of the house sale was amazing . Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap fir coming across as insincere I think that Gareth is the antidote to that . He really is one in a million and I would not hesitate to recommend him . Thank you Gareth from the bottom of my slightly wonky heart for everything .
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.
