22nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would like to echo the praise of the most recent 5 star reviews for Katie and her team at Emsworth in selling my bungalow which has been difficult and ongoing for over a year and previously with other agents.<br>The team have always been very helpful with advice and with quick updates during the progress of the sale.<br>Many thanks to Katie for her help and support when it was needed. It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)**SHOCKING ESTATE AGENT** Absolutely abysmal service from this estate agent, quick enough to move you in then when there is a problem they’re no where to be seen. Had non stop mould problems with the property we rented and when we finally managed to consult them about this issue it took MONTHS for someone to even visit and do a damp and mould report… the estate agent tried to blame me for the mould issue which is unbelievable! When I received the report, they clearly HAD NOT read it because it says there is insufficient ventilation in the property and a part of the wall had a poor air brick therfor allowing water ingress. Also noting the fact that one of the ventilation fans didn’t work, also mentioned in the report. Then they started to blame the tumble drier, which was supplied by our landlord and was letting off “EXTREME” levels of humidity… None of them have a clue what they’re doing… and now I’ve got no furniture due to the issues as I’ve had to throw it all out. They basically lied us off to say they don’t care. As the report said “all proposed works should be undertaken”, None of the proposed works except the tumble drier inspection was carried out, and even that proved useless so we requested a second inspection for the mould and tumble drier to which we were told NO! The landlord I don’t think was the issue, it was solely down to the uselessness and lack of care from the estate agent, specifically Lisa.<br><br>USE THIS ESTATE AGENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Marcus Grimes.<br><br>I wanted to take the time to point out how conscientous and supportive they were throughout the whole procedure.<br><br>Abigail conducted my sale and did so with the utmost professionalism, leaving me reassured throughout the process.<br>She ensured communication between all parties was as constant as possible, and chased people where necessary on my behalf.<br><br>Special mention to the friendly chap on the phones who also sorted some elements out for me swiftly in her absence.<br><br>The team has a real local and friendly feel that you don't often experience with estate agents these days.<br><br>Highly recommend.- 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Liam was excellent throughout our purchase. He worked hard on our behalf during negotiations, and stayed responsive and proactive as the sale progressed through some inevitable conveyancing back-and-forth. 21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I would recommend Josh, Nicky, Katie and all the rest of the team they are absolutely amazing ! They researched the property prior to marketing it and turned up with all the plans we had submitted when they first visited . If we ever sell our house again we would definitely go to PSP and would recommend others to do the same .
