Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

29th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)They were handing two properties, one was my late stepdad’s and the other was my mum’s At one stage I was told that it’s not their fault no one wants to buy the bungalow.( this was by the manager) They told me to put the bungalow up for £435,000 but 6/7 months later, they wanted me to put it in auction for £300,000 and when I said absolutely not was asked what my issue was. When I raised concerns, the manager told me that he wouldn’t entertain my complaint. They also put both properties on for those over 60 for half ownership. This was never spoken about to me, I only found this out when I put one of the properties on with a different agent. The flat was sold(agreed sale) in October 25 to September 26 and on the day we were meant to sign, the buyers pulled out. I then received an email about 3 weeks after the sale had fallen through, telling me the sale was no longer going ahead but I had known this on the day it fell through, 3 weeks earlier. When I went to pick the keys up, one of the estate agent’s that had showed the Buyers around in June, told me that the buyers were not to keen back in June, but this was never relayed to me. The Estate agent that showed them around in June also broke the garage door, I asked them to fix it but got no reply.- 17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Very helpful and pro-active

My journey with selling and my onwards purchase has been turbulent but at no fault of Eltons who always did a brilliant job. If you want an estate agent who truly cares about you as a person, and not just a property then Eltons are the best option. The modern house market is plagued with issues but I always felt I could rely on Eltons to support in the best way forward
