18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, with clear communication throughout. 23rd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)My daughter rented a flat through these people.<br>Probably the most hopeless company going nothing ever sorted out staff changes no idea who deals with what anymore.<br>Workmen turning up unannounced.<br>Just horrendous.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

7th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Poor quality overall.I had a newly renovated house Poor checks if any All damage by tenants in a newly renovated property missed or not highlighted. Damaged kitchen surfaces, ripped kitchen floor,<br>A hook sticker put on my new composite front door<br>unsolicited DIY.. not noticed or highlighted to me.<br>Garden newly laid lawn and fencing left with broken door and looks a mess. Walls newly decorated a mess. New carpets brown. They were originally dark grey.<br>The next tenant would have moved in and I would be none the wiser<br>I’m with drawing all my rentals from this company. I have 3 properties with this company.<br>I would score no stars if google allowed.
