21st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .
13th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The only element of concern was the property was valued too high and I had to reduce on a couple of occasions and then accepted an offer lower than the reduction.
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I just want to say a massive thank you to Sofia and the team at Reeds Rains in Huddersfield for helping us get our beautiful new home ???? After being let down at the last minute for another property we were supposed to be renting, I spoke to Sofia who advised they had the perfect property for us. We arranged a viewing straightaway and absolutely LOVED it! Sofia was so lovely and knowledgeable and ensured everything went through efficiently for us. We can't thank you enough for our beautiful new family home
28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I am really disappointed with this agency. I had seen negative reviews but I decided to give them a chance. I viewed a house with them three weeks ago. I wanted to apply, so I sent several emails until they finally sent me the form. After taking the time to fill it in and send it back, I called a few days later to ask for an update and I also sent emails.<br><br>I called them several times asking for news about my application and the house. They kept telling me that the manager was not there and that I should call again, and again, and again. I kept calling and calling. Today, I spoke to someone who checked my email address and told me they “did not receive my application”, which I do not believe at all. Then he told me to resend the application. I said: “What? Before I resend it, tell me if the house is still available.” He said no.<br><br>We waited for a response, and they never informed us about anything. I do not recommend this agency at all.<br><br>Zero star

11th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

7th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)First class service from Butcher Residential in Denby Dale. Holly and Mel were excellent at keeping us informed on the progress of selling our house. They communicated with us regularly with updates and chased the buyers solicitors were necessary.
2nd Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Terrible refuae to do repairs had to move out for 6 months property damaged from mold avood at all costs. Raciest remarks during meetings laughing at customers when they become emotional because there property has been ruined because of thier neglect tolf close to a year ago problem mine to fix now after all that timw its their problem but want to send untrained workers into fix the problems yet again after thw drunk worker incident they want to send unqualified workers around who barely speak a word of english

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had.
