After being let down at the last minute for another property we were supposed to be renting, I spoke to Sofia who advised they had the perfect property for us. We arranged a viewing straightaway and absolutely LOVED it! Sofia was so lovely and knowledgeable and ensured everything went through efficiently for us. We can't thank you enough for our beautiful new family home

18th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We cannot speak highly enough about Beadnall Copley in Wetherby. After letting our house for 30 months (the rental was expertly managed by Beadnall Copley) we decided to go to market. We knew it might be difficult to sell the now empty property as work needed to be done to sell it, and that we would need extra help and support in arranging this, having moved to the other end of the country. Thanks to Stacey Reynolds and her colleagues at Beadnall Copley in Wetherby the necessary work was undertaken and we have now completed on the sale of the property. The team are easy to contact, communicate well and always on top of issues as and when they arise, and they completely understand the changing property market. They have immense experience paired with local knowledge and could recommend/contact tradespeople for all the required works that we needed to be undertaken; their service is above and beyond what would be expected. They come with solutions not problems and have absolutely got the balance right, between being personable and friendly but also totally professional. We would recommend Beadnall Copley 100% and without any reservation.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

It's been a long (ongoing for 2 years) and very difficult process but the whole team have been utterly amazing. Mel especially deserves a mention as she has been an absolute rock throughout the ordeal. She was extremely proactive in dealing with all the parties involved, knew exactly what needed doing every step of the way and was a consumate professional. Her sense of humour and ability to remain optimistic kept me sane. Honestly, I cannot thank or recommend these guys enough.<br>*******<br><br>Mel and Holly have been absolutely brilliant during our house purchase, can't fault a single thing! Professional, friendly and most importantly good humoured. They answered every query really promptly and went above and beyond to help make the process smoother for us. Definitely deserve five stars!

Raciest remarks during meetings laughing at customers when they become emotional because there property has been ruined because of thier neglect tolf close to a year ago problem mine to fix now after all that timw its their problem but want to send untrained workers into fix the problems yet again after thw drunk worker incident they want to send unqualified workers around who barely speak a word of english

On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.
6th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.
14th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I had a postive experience staying at 200, Burley Road. The property is really nice, well maintained and newly refurbished. I always reached out to Lucy in case of any issues (which was very rare) and she resolved it within 2-3 working days.

17th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Can’t thank Jody & Lucy enough for all that they did selling our property, from the first time meeting Jody he was so friendly and professional and I knew then that’s who I wanted to use to sell our property. The photos were very professional and really showcased our house, arranging viewings was easy and Jody conducted the viewings mainly which again was great, so THANK YOU<br><br>The chain wasnt straightforward and VERY stressful at times but Lucy was also there on the other end of the phone guiding me through and really helped me become a little less stressed.<br><br>Would highly recommend to friends and family

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!
