Beth was the only estate agent who was realistic on price from the outset (all of the other estate agents I spoke to exaggerated the price so I would pick them to sell the property). Beth (along with her colleagues) managed to get the property sold very quickly and was extremely responsive and proactive while the property was being sold and during the lawyer process to formalise the sale. She is also a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Acorn group over other estate agents!

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

13th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Terrible. The agent I met was very unprofessional; showed up at the wrong address (surely the postcode would have been checked) and they got my name wrong. They wouldn't negotiate on the sales commission, so I sold my apartment through a professional agency instead.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!
