She was professional, friendly, highly responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.She is the star the show!<br><br>I would also like to recognise Beth and Stuart, whose support throughout the sale was exceptional. The whole team worked seamlessly together, always willing to help, quick to respond, and committed to achieving the best outcome. A LOT of work behind the scenes... Exchange, Completion. Done!!! I can not thank you enough Tom, Ben, Becky, Sian! You and your team made this happen, Happy vendor and happy buyer. Thanking you so much for the amazing work you did in selling my flat!!!! Amazing!!!! 8th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Amazing house and Lovely landlord — but the agency has been genuinely awful<br><br>Our landlord is wonderful and we love our new home. This review is entirely about Stirling Ackroyd (London Bridge) as the letting agent.<br><br>We have had to chase them for absolutely everything, at every single stage — before and after move-in. Nothing has been proactive.<br><br>When the junior agent originally handling our tenancy left, the senior colleague who took over didn't even have our email address. They lost our contact details (email address) entirely. No handover whatsoever — a failure that sat squarely with the senior person, not the outgoing junior.<br><br>After we moved in on 1 July, they didn't tell us how to pay our rent. No bank details, no standing order instructions, nothing. We had to chase them a full week into our tenancy asking how to pay, and then chase again before the details finally arrived. The Move-In Manager admitted in writing this should have been sent earlier.<br><br>Our contract had the wrong deposit option despite us confirming our choice in writing, and it took repeated flagging to correct.<br><br>We asked to visit the property to take measurements before move-in so we could plan our furniture. They refused us access and eventually sent a floor plan only after multiple follow-up emails — and only after the agent initially failed to even understand what "measurements" meant.<br><br>The move-in manager we were escalated to was unreachable — the phone number we were given did not connect.<br><br>We have been polite, patient, and understanding throughout. In return we have been ignored, sent incorrect paperwork, denied reasonable requests, and left uninformed on basic tenancy matters.<br><br>If you are considering renting through this branch: keep everything in writing and prepare to chase relentlessly. Avoid if you can.<br><br>Again, the landlords are amazing, but the agent was truly disappointing.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!

My assigned agent, Aston, did not attend as expected and was difficult to contact when I needed assistance.<br><br>This review reflects our personal experience.

From the very first viewing, he was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to answer our many questions without ever making us feel rushed. He was honest and knowledgeable, which made the whole process much less stressful. We were truly grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Duncan to anyone looking for a property in London. Thank you again!

I went for a viewing for one of their properties and the agent who attend did not even have any information on the property, or even which room was being offered. They took me through the process of acquiring the room then silence for days.<br><br>I called them and they said that they had given it to someone else. This was a 1 day after I had followed up on the room and moving in<br><br>A though was not given to contact me and inform me about the proceedings<br><br>A Very unprofessional company and letting agency. The worst I have ever experienced.I come from a family who work in letting agencies or own one abroad so this experience was far from good.<br><br>Even at the end of the Call they didn’t even offer to see if they could help furthers or suggest alternatives. Terrible experience indeed.

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!
