Having decided to let the property, Tom and the Team at Savills found us a tenant within days and the service both before the let, during the hand over and since the tenants moved in, has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble - impressive service, very grateful.
We sold and bought through Alexander James and had an excellent experience with them. All the staff were on the ball throughout and Jack found us the perfect house which we are now in and loving. Throughout the process they were active and really got things going even when it was a difficult sale and purchase - one thing I will say is not to use the recommended solicitors. I would not recommend Lancashire Law at all but Alexander James - definitely
Got to be THE WORST Estate Agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Appalling customer service when you have issues. They also use under hand tactics to bully you out of properties. They need reporting to Trading Standards. They are nothing but Liars who accuse and fabricate you of owing money !! The Council should close them down.
I recently completed my purchase of a house in Wilmslow in which Adam took me through the process.
The staff at the branch, especially Adam were very helpful and chased up the purchase to speed things along throughout the process.

Absolutely dreadful rental experience! We went to view the rental property on two occasions, but it was filthy and full of the previous tenants belongings and rubbish, we asked the member of staff to check that the property had been cleaned two days before we moved in.We arrived on the 12th Feb to find the property was still in a filthy condition and none of the rubbish had been removed. A member of staff spoke to the landlord and arranged a deep clean for the following day and said that we would have £100 off the first months rent to make up for the inconvenience and financial loss. We had to take all of our furniture to storage for two days. She said she had negotiated this with the landlord (which apparently she is not allowed to do.)
A week before the rent was due to be paid we emailed her for confirmation and also text the landlord. We had to chase the member of staff for a reply as we heard nothing, the member of staff then only said the landlord can confirm it, but the landlord didn't reply for the full week. We transferred the rent -£100 and shortly after got a text from the landlord, saying he had spoken to the member of staff and she said she had never made any agreement. We felt like we were being accused of lying. I I phoned bridgfords to discuss this, but there was no manager available, Rachel was very helpful though. About an hour after I complained, the member of staff involved phoned to speak to us about our account being in arrears, unaware that we were trying to resolve it, as she had not been spoken to. We made the payment immediately, as we were made to feel like criminals.
We had also removed a considerable amount of rubbish from the property ourselves.
We resolved the financial issues with the landlord ourselves. The reduced rent was not the real issue, we are just shocked at the deceit and total lack of respect. This move has been unbelievably stressful from start to finish, most of the detail of which I haven't included in this review. I certainly would not recommend using bridgfords.
Stay Away. They falsified a document of mine to imply that I agreed to stay with them for another year. They used a previous signature they had on file of mine and copied it to a new contract. Seriously… Stay clear.
Both Ky and Katie were very helpful, had great knowledge and were friendly towards me from the very first contact. They were able to answer all of the questions about the property I was interested in, they sorted out a lawyer for me to use and helped me to arrange the finance I needed to buy.
The process was very streamlined, easy to navigate and took always all of my stress and concerns and at each point, Katie pointed me in the right direction.
I would without a doubt recommend, and could not be more thankful for the help and support in getting me into my first business of my very own.
