a problematic agency... You pay the deposit and then they make you call somewhere else to unlock the deposit. You call there, 3-4 times and when you get close to the end of the call they pretend to lose contact. and so on. Finally, when you manage to finish the conversation, they tell you that they will send you an email for confirmation, an email that no longer comes. The email comes, but from the agency where you rented the house, telling you that you have to call to confirm your identity. And you call DPS again and so on. Shitty agency!... Read more
