29th May 2026 (20 days ago)Our house had been on the market for a number of months with another agent before I did some further research and decided to go with Avenue Estates. With the previous estate agent, we often felt like just another number on their books. Viewings were very slow, and we didn’t feel we received well-rounded or particularly helpful feedback afterwards. After several months, I decided to look for another agent. Our experience with Dominic from Avenue Estates was completely different. His communication was consistently excellent, and he kept us updated throughout the entire process. He secured a much steadier flow of viewings and was always thoughtful with timings, understanding that we had young children and were often working from home. He would send feedback almost immediately after each viewing, and it was always exceptionally thorough, which we really appreciated. Towards the end of the process, there were a number of issues involving the sellers’ solicitors, but Dominic maintained excellent communication between ourselves, the buyers, the sellers, and the solicitors. He made what could have been a very stressful situation feel far more manageable. I’ve already recommended Dominic to others I know who are planning to sell, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again.

They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

7th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.
