7th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

14th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Took a while but Corbin came through for us. We had lots of viewings booked in and eventually a buyer. Wasn’t an easy sell as we had a kind of marmite place; you either loved it or hated it. Great communication from the team throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again if were to sell another property.

The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.

They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

13th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Amazing support a first time buyer!<br>From the beginning, both Sol and Simon demonstrated their professionalism and experience. As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

We really valued his enthusiasm and optimism as well as his local market knowledge.<br><br>Having the regular Whatsapp updates is a great feature and we could easily keep in contact with George and Jack.<br><br>We had a good amount of interest within 2-3 weeks and achieved a fast sale.<br><br>Really happy with the service we got from Enfields and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
