He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.
26th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)This estate agency has been extremely unreliable. After agreeing terms and making arrangements to move in, they pulled out of the contract just two days before our move-in date. This caused huge stress and disruption, especially after time, money, and planning had already gone into the move. Communication was poor and there was no reasonable support or accountability for the situation they created. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this agency.
15th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints- This agent doesn't have any reviews

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

I have several properties and will not hesitate to have the services of zen homes in future. On this occasion Naveed and Ellie were the agents who worked endlessly during my absence ; whilst I was on holiday.

Ali and Aziz demonstrated outstanding customer service and professionalism throughout the process. They show us great care and kept us consistently updated. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future. Thank you again for all your hard work and making our investment so hassle free.
11th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.

I decided to go with TGN after 4 months of getting nowhere with a certain High Street Agent, which was a great move as they found me a buyer within a few weeks! Really felt they understood the potential of my property and the type of buyer I needed. They were super hands-on, responsive, great can do attitude that got things done. I know who I will be calling first off next time!

18th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
