11th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

They valued the house in the correct price bracket which we got and also their costings were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling.

17th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)The team at Olivegrove provided an excellent service when we recently moved home, which took the stress away from our house move. They generated a lot of interest in our previous home, enabling a buyer to be quickly found. They also supported us with the overall transaction from the initial point of their involvement, right through to occupation in our new home. Olivegrove have also provided me with a very professional rental management service for many years, delivered by their helpful and friendly team in a diligent manner. I can truly recommend Olivegrove without reservation.
7th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Jones peckover after the service I received.

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. 16th May 2022 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
