From the valuation with Mark to completion the whole team were excellent but in particular Adele and Emma provided a very responsive and informative service. They worked well with our buyers and both solicitors to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. It was a long chain and they were well informed and really helped moved the sale along. I also bought my next property with them and again received excellent service. 26th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

The team have always been there to help and provide detailed information. They have provided reassurance through the process and been extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough for making this process as easy as it could be during a big life transition. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!! Previously had first class service.

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
