25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

We were impressed throughout the process by their level of knowledge, kindness and professionalism. As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

Very disappointed and I definitely will not be going for any properties with them. Would not recommend dealing with them.

From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roundthwaite & Woodhead to anyone looking to buy, sell or let property in Ryedale and the surrounding areas. Thank you once again to Sue and the whole team.

6th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Belvoir don’t seem to be flexible in terms of their viewing windows in my opinion. From my experience today, they expect potential buyers to work around them . I requested a viewing at a flat on Lowgate, to basically be told their that their property agent didn’t want the hassle of accommodating me. The manager then proceeded to tell me that they had lots of other viewings at the property, almost insinuating that they can afford to pick and choose bits of business here and there. As a vendor, I definitely wouldn’t be happy with this company!s sales approach. Especially given that I confirmed that I would be in a position to purchase immediately with no chain involved!- 21st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Good communications

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I felt i did a fair amount of trying to get info and paperwork to help things along. The gentleman at thirsk office seemed to laid back. I dont know if it was the climate or i was expecting too much but i didnt feel i was important to him.

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our initial contact was speedy and promising however this didn't live up to expectations as the agent over promised and under delivered. We then were put on to another agent who rewrote the text for the advert, put the advert in a more prominent place and then communicated really well with us and gave very sound advice as we progressed our sale. We will always be very grateful for their assistance.
