Her communication was consistently excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage of the process and responding promptly to any questions or issues from either side. She regularly liaised with our purchasers and went above and beyond, even stepping in to assist while colleagues were on holiday when we were looking to purchase another of Jessop’s properties. Her professionalism, dedication, and proactive approach truly sets her apart. I would highly recommend her.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

Very efficient service, ASPS helped me to find a tenant much quicker and beyond my expectation, and ensured that all necessary paperwork was executed in a timely manner. From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roundthwaite & Woodhead to anyone looking to buy, sell or let property in Ryedale and the surrounding areas. 22nd Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Paul at Ewe Move sold our home in Cleckheaton and was brilliant from start to finish. We’ve had poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Paul was exceptionally good. He sat and explained everything thoroughly for an hour and a half on his first visit to the house and didn’t just race around rooms pretending to measure up. He seemed really invested. Most of all, he LISTENED to us and understood that we wanted a realistic price for a quick sale, and didn’t try to persuade us that we could achieve thousands more.<br>Paul’s marketing was excellent with professional looking photos and videos and good use of social media. He organised viewings back to back and secured interest almost immediately.<br>Paul sold our house for full asking price within 3 days of it hitting the market, and we couldn’t have been happier.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp number which was answered by Paul very quickly. He even kindly passed messages on between ourselves and our buyers.<br>All in all we’d absolutely recommend Ewe Move if you’re thinking of selling your home. Especially if you want an honest, professional service rather than empty sales patter.

She kept me informed throughout the whole process, was always professional, friendly, and happy to help with any questions I had.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Suzanne made everything as smooth as possible with her excellent communication and support. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands.<br><br>If I were selling a house in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Sanders Estates, and Suzanne would be my first choice.<br><br>Thank you for all your hard work—I really appreciate everything you did to help me buy my new home.
