Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

He is by far the best agent we have dealt with who is knowledgable and actually spends time with you, not rushing and empathises with your current position. Politeness goes a long way - we appreciate it and hope to progress on a property with them soon.

They impressed me with always being fully upto date on progress and acting proactively if there was a hold up. Will definitely use them for my next sale

From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roundthwaite & Woodhead to anyone looking to buy, sell or let property in Ryedale and the surrounding areas. Straightforward no nonsense application and tenancy set up. Can’t fault them or the service they gave me.<br><br>Wish I could use them for everywhere I rent! Just no communications or return calls, messages etc. Imagine if you were a buyer, would your price be communicated to the vendor with such inefficiency?

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
