8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

25th May 2026 (20 days ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

21st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

Couldn’t recommend Sanders estate agency more, thank you Suzanne and your son aswell x
