8th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees

They have great knowledge of the local property market and managed to secure a very good offer for my property in a short time.I would definitely recommend Park Row Properties to anyone looking to sell their home!

Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. 18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

Any maintenance issues or questions were tackled almost immediately, and their response times were consistently fast throughout my entire tenancy. ?It was an absolute pleasure cooperating with them over the last five years. I always felt looked after and respected as a tenant. I highly recommend Maxfield to anyone looking for a stress-free and genuinely professional renting experience!

Selling a home can often be a stressful experience, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt well informed and supported at every stage. 28th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)If I could give them 6 stars, I would.<br><br>We hired PriceLinsey as our property surveyor for a flat we were going to purchase in Chesterfield. The Friday before our Monday survey, we were informed by our mortgage lender that they considered the property "not suitable for a loan" due to "in situ concrete" construction.<br><br>Massive thanks to Jamie, who not only helped us understand our situation, but also educated us in what to look out for in other properties. They truly went above and beyond, giving us the best experience possible of what turned out to be a very unfortunate situation.<br><br>While we were unable to finalize the purchase of the property, we will definitely be calling on PriceLinsey when we're ready to try again.

16th May 2025 (1 year ago)I just wanted to say if you are looking to sell your house, definitely look to use Rockello real estate! I had another agent say to me “ ooh but they’re very new!!” YES they are but that makes them keen, on the ball and hard working!!! Harry and Niall are great guys, down to earth, straight talking and honest! There’s none of the scripted crap that you can get from others and they make you feel like you are their only customer! Also the best thing is they are much cheaper than the other agents around us!! My house had only been on the market with them 8 days when they showed my buyer around! It has all happened so quickly and if you go on their pages you will see how many properties they are selling quickly! So do yourself a favour and give Harry or Niall a call, guys you are doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much ?? Rachel Baker ????
