25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
8th May 2021 (5 years ago)We had a home buyers survey carried out by Jowett's and I'd struggle to recommend them. The survey missed several fairly obvious issues, and when I asked for further information on how to improve the energy efficiency of the property as this was commented on in the report I was given very generic advice which was totally non-specific to the property. Rather disappointing.

16th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)From the very beginning of selling the service from Ian, Lisa,and Pip,and all the team has been fantastic their knowledge of the area market and the pricing etc was proven too be very accurate .With sound advice throughout the sale these people and all the staff have been brilliant top drawer in my opinion

4th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)This our first time renting and Karina Barauskiene could not have made it easier. She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. They maintain people's respect and dignity and understand that the problems are real. Lota Properties excel in their field. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to the team at Lota Properties.
23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Wish you could choose your own star rating, we don't think 5 is enough. As soon as Andy came to do our sale valuation we knew we were using KW. Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Very very highly recommended.
7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable.
