16th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)From the very beginning of selling the service from Ian, Lisa,and Pip,and all the team has been fantastic their knowledge of the area market and the pricing etc was proven too be very accurate .With sound advice throughout the sale these people and all the staff have been brilliant top drawer in my opinion
7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.
25th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)It has been a sad time losing a partner of many years so this was a big decision. Gowland and white have been respectful and courteous throughout. This has made this process easier and less stressful than it could potentially be.

19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)After five long months of stress, we finally moved out of our property on January 27th 2025.We had no help from Neil Wright whatsoever.We did all the negotiations with our buyer ourselves.Feedback on initial viewings was poor or none existent.Requests for telephone calls from them, were ignored, even after calling into the office.Neither our Solicitor or ourselves heard anything from them until two days before completion, which we had arranged ourselves.Extremely poor service and I am sorry to have to say, we would not recommend this estate agent.

Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. This is the second time we have used this agent, and feel they are highly recommendable to anyone who is considering either buying or selling.
30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)?I rented a flat through Maxfield for five years, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. ?From day one, the entire team was exceptionally caring, attentive, and honest—traits that can be hard to find in the property market! Any maintenance issues or questions were tackled almost immediately, and their response times were consistently fast throughout my entire tenancy. ?It was an absolute pleasure cooperating with them over the last five years. I always felt looked after and respected as a tenant. I highly recommend Maxfield to anyone looking for a stress-free and genuinely professional renting experience!
20th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

From the very beginning, everyone took the time to explain the process clearly, answer any questions I had, and make me feel completely at ease. The entire team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, yet always approachable and genuinely friendly. Selling a home can often be a stressful experience, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt well informed and supported at every stage. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their commitment to providing outstanding customer service really stood out. I am extremely pleased with the experience and would certainly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home.
