28th May 2026 (17 days ago)Alex & Christine went above & beyond to help us with our house purchase & they weren’t even selling our house. We viewed the house twice before putting in an offer & when we eventually put the offer in. We brought our parents round & Alex was so patient didn’t rush us, just stood & waited. If we ever had questions they were always there. Really quick with responding to emails & keeping us up to date when they received updates. Even after we moved in I called with a question & Christine helped & wished us all the best in our new home. If we ever choose to move again we will 100% be choosing Selby branch to put us on the market! (Not for a very long time though hopefully).

9th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)We recently sold our property, which we had purchased through Dunstan's over seven years ago. As we were so satisfied with their service then, we chose to use them again. Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. As none of our family live in or near Sheffield his experience and knowledge were invaluable. We also really appreciated the friendly and professional way everything was handled - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
