Absolutely awful experience with Abbotts Mildenhall!
Just purchased our first home via this estate agent and unfortunately don’t have any positives from this experience. They constantly ignore all emails and phone calls, provide incorrect information, provide incorrect prices and are generally unhelpful and unprofessional.
We dealt with Lee, Oscar and Spencer and had the same experience with all. Do not recommend!

I found the team at abbotts of Wymondham to be really helpful. Sale went through quickly and the team were chasing either end. We moved from Kent so when we booked to view the property after our offer was accepted the team allowed us a lot of time to measure for fittings and fixtures etc. This really helped. Many thanks

My partner and I recently worked with Megan in finding an apartment in Cambridge. Megan provided phenomenal service throughout the process! Contrary to our experience with several other agents, Megan was always very attentive and truly cared about helping us find a place that best suits our needs rather than just ticking boxes. For the house we eventually rented, Megan called us to inform us about the listing before we even saw it on the website showing she was looking out for us and understood our interests. She answered our questions well during viewings and supported us tremendously through the referencing phase. Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with, she gave us a truly unique experience during the house hunt and we 100% will recommend her!

Linda was very helpful, having to pick up the reigns after previous members of staff, who had been dealing with the sal,e left. The sale was not straight forward as it meant dealing with the housing association joint owners who seemed to go out of their way to make life difficult!. Full marks for perseverance and managing to maintain a cool and very professional approach. I would definitely recommend Linda and the Bury St Edmunds office.
