Zoe was brilliant in keeping us informed of progress throughout our house move. She was so helpful with chasing solicitors and making sure we exchanged contracts in time to avoid complications with Help to buy regulations.
Would turn to Abbotts Ipswich again if required in future.

Excellent service from all the sales team at Abbotts Basildon. All the staff were excellent at every stage and helped push through the sale of my property. A special mention to Zoe, without her work I don’t think the sale would have completed. Thank you again

Magdalena Malik from Countrywide Mortgage Services has been amazing and supportive throughout the whole process so far! As first-time buyers, it has been great having someone as knowledgeable as her to look after us. Her communication has been excellent, and she made sure we were kept up to date at every stage. I sold my property through Abbotts in Beccles, it took a lot of patience and perseverance and the support was incredible. The manager and her staff team are excellent, always so friendly and approachable. I will certainly be using them when purchasing my next house. What a team.....!!

It has been a great experience with Abbotts. I worked with Megan McFarlane, who was a pleasure to deal with and handled everything with high professionalism. After my application was initially rejected because the first candidate—who had started referencing before me—came back, Megan was proactive in asking what I was looking for and reached out as soon as a suitable property became available. When that candidate backed out a second time, I was able to secure my preferred property. Megan kept me informed and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommended!
