Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns.
What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons.
Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates.
The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain.
Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events.
Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

I couldn’t recommend my mortgage broker, Oliver Wilson, highly enough. As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process was completely new to me, but Oliver has made the entire experience feel straightforward and far less daunting than I expected.<br>From our very first conversation, Oliver has been friendly, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. He has taken the time to explain every stage clearly, answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process.<br>From securing my Decision in Principle and finding the right lender, through to submitting my full application and receiving my formal mortgage offer, everything has progressed incredibly smoothly.<br>Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and having a mortgage broker you can trust and who genuinely supports you throughout the process makes such a difference.<br>A huge thank you to Oliver for all the help and support so far.

I cannot recommend Rose highly enough! From the moment I viewed the property, she was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful.<br><br>What stood out most was how much she cared about making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Abbotts Attleborough were fantastic especially Jess Crust she was up front no BS from the start.

If it had not been for the wonderful assistance given to us by Hannah and Alicia at Watton branch this sale would never have reached exchange. Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Hannah relentlessly and efficiently progressed the process in spite of the many obstacles, delays and difficulties which the conveyancers/solicitors caused. Thank you to all at Watton branch.
