We have just sold our 2nd house with Abbotts but the first time with Abbotts Fakenham. After the ease of the sale first time around, it was a no-brainer to go with Abbotts again. The team at Fakenham were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us updated every step of the journey and made the whole process as smooth as a house sale could possibly be. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this estate agent has been extremely disappointing. They consistently ignored my communications, taking weeks to respond to emails despite multiple follow-ups, and never answering phone calls. Oscar and Spencer, in particular, were unhelpful and often provided incorrect information regarding move-in dates. Additionally, their emails frequently failed to address the questions I raised. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a property through this agency. They exhibit a clear lack of professionalism and customer care.
