Essential in selling our property. Were very knowledgeable and truthful. They focussed on sending round the right people rather than the number of people they sent round. Felt like they really believed in my property and worked hard on selling it during a difficult period. During conveyancing they have a specific department for helping people with that part. They were always willing to speak and answer questions and liaised with all the other estate agents and solicitors. As such, I think our conveyancing was quite a quick one.
