Lucie was amazing. I'm a single lady and was looking at getting my foot on property ladder. Lucie helped me and guided me through the buying process which took a load of my mind. Very professional people who helps make buying a house a bit less stressful! Was always at the end of the phone to help and also when went into the shop nothing was a bother. I found Abbotts to be very professional, very efficient and also very attuned to the needs of a home seeker. Lucy was great at providing viewings of the right kind of properties. My time wasn't wasted with unsuitable or over budget properties. The conveyancing back up team were good and the purchase and move went smoothly. The on-line conveyancing connect tool was useful to see how the process were progressing. All in all a very good experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Wh brown were the second estate agent I used to sell my flat. They hassled me for months whilst I was with my first agent, saying how much better their marketing is and how busy there are. Although they charged me more, I sold in 3 weeks and have to say a big thank you to all of their staff, very impressed!

Tried to arrange a viewing on the property which joins to mine to look at as a cash buyer.... Waited 3 days for a response to be told we couldn't even have a viewing! If your thinking of selling your home then I would think twice about abbotts... The only agents who refuse to work with a cash buyer with no chain!! Wow
