Subsequently dealt with Will Cronin and most impressed with the service. Kept me updated with all going on and once a sale agreed he acted as a conduit between the two parties to expedite a speedy and efficient sale.They also provided me with good contacts for garden and house clearances. If you're looking for a home pray that you get Luke Burkitt as your agent. This man was incredibly professional, kind and went above and beyond to help my family and I. We were put in a tight situation to find a home and within 2 hours of calling and Luke picking up I had 3 viewings setup and many more emails. The home we landed on wasn't even on the market yet but Luke managed to get us in with the landlord and within 3 weeks we were moving. Amazing customer service and amazing effort.

we had an issue with the estate agent. I signed up a contract for 24 months but the estate agent called D.S told me the landlord wanted a 6 months break clause with no intention to use it only as a preventative measure .This was the only reason I accepted to have it in the first place. It turned out the landlord is kicking us out after 4 months using the break clause and I think the agency knew about it before me signing and this was all planned from the beginning????. Disappointed. They are a big company, take on too many properties, which they are either not able to cope with or simply don't care, or both. At least, half of the viewings the agent wasn't able to come to, so we had to host the viewings. They put out my property on the market at the wrong price, and there were no communication or advice what so ever with regards to the changes to the market conditions, strategy, options etc (I had to initiate and ask questions).

I really, really appreciate the service I received from Acorn Welling Estate Agents and Letting Agents.
Matt was a very patient and long suffering person, he is very able to perform his job with honesty.
He does not give up, I thought I have the abilities to suffer long and I never gives up but I am no way near Matt ability to wait and pursue what he wants.
Buying a house through Acorn Estate Agents was an experience I will never forget.
The slogan "Winners do not quit and quitters do not win" has always remain at the back of my mind when ever I struggle to accomplish any task and I see results most of the time. With Matt, honestly it is something out of this world.
At times, I'll say to myself, Matt must be one of Acorn directors. He was very determined to complete our purchase or sale. I want to recommend him to his directors, if he is not one of them, to be promoted. He deserves it.

We sold our home with Acorn branch in Welling back in April 2023 and had the pleasure to work with Payge Gregory who was absolutely fantastic ,from day one of our first viewing right down to the sale and also her services after the sale of our property.
Payge proactive approach, along with her friendly and professional demeaner, made the entire process smooth. Payge was always ready to answer any queries and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way. She was thorough, professional, and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointment viewings and she made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Payge really listened, cares passionately about her job and her calming manner worked wonders for us.
We can’t speak highly enough of Payge as our Sales Negotiator. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected also very rare to find and experience this type of service in this day and age. Purchased through Acorns and honestly, absolutely amazing experience. Payge was my contact throughout. She was constantly on the ball, chasing things up and trying to get things moving. I had a particularly difficult solicitor who didn't like to respond to emails or keep me updated, but Payge would do whatever she could to find out where we were and was in regular contact with me the whole way to make sure I stayed updated. She just went above and beyond and without out her, I feel like we'd probably still be months off completion, but we finally got there today. So I would highly recommend, especially Payge. She's made what was a very stressful few months a lot more bearable.
