Connor was fantastic throughout the sale process. He always put our best interest first and kept us up to date at every step. Donna, the sales progressor, was amazing. It was a complicated chain but she was tenacious and patient with us throughout. If you're selling in Hornchurch, I would 100% recommend them.

I could not be more happy with Sarah and the Team at Hornchurch Balgores. We went from having a estate agents working on clicks from Rightmove and 7 viewings in 3 months to 7 in the first week. A proactive approach from a. Reactive one. It is true what they say, price is what you pay but value is what you get. Are Balgores the cheapest? No. But are they the best, I'd argue yes. Sarah gave us confidence she would sell our house in the first 5 mins of meeting her and she did not disappoint. New home beckons. Cracking work Hornchurch team! Could not be more happy. After checking reviews I decided to use Balgores. I can only say how glad I am that I did, they have been a pleasure to work with. Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. I would like to thank Ross, Ewen, Nigel, Mary, Marie and the team so much for their help. I can only say as I have found, and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a decent and trustworthy estate agent.<br>Mr D Gregory.

I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments.
They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

very proffesional and knowledgeable of local market always going the extra mile at times like this selling your house can be very stressful but balgores made it seem very carm and enjoyable

The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday!
The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.
