Started off great. Then were sending people round who were looking for a 4 bed to a 3 bed house
Felt like they were getting desperate when it was reaching the end.
But some people were just time wasters aswell.

I couldn’t recommend Balgores enough. From my very first viewing right through to the end, they made what can be a really stressful process feel so much easier.

Thank you to Cameron and John for the two viewings, both were so friendly, helpful and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I never felt like I was asking too much, even with the smallest things.

Once my offer was accepted, Frank took over and honestly deserves a special mention! As a first-time buyer, I’m sure I wasn’t always the easiest person to deal with ?????? There were plenty of questions, worries, messages and probably more checking in than necessary, but Frank was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout. He was always quick to respond, kept me updated and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, even when I’m sure I was!

Having someone so approachable and reassuring to deal with made such a difference during what can be a very daunting process.

A huge thank you to Cameron, John and especially Frank for all your help and for making buying my first home such a positive experience. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Balgores

In our experience Balgores were really good in the service they provided, Arif in particular was fantastic in his customer service, from showing us around the property, updating us on the sale progress and taking our needs into consideration. we had the sale go through much sooner than expected which was brilliant due to Arif keeping on top of it.

The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday!
The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.
