We recently completed the sale of a property in Ingatestone through Paul Woods and the team at Beresfords. Paul valued the house and advised a date to market it with a buyer coming forward within 24 hours of that day. 5 stars for Ben Gillyon who has been our estate agent from Beresfords. Ben has looked after us throughout a very difficult sale that brought many issues and characters to deal with. He dealt with us always in a calm, polite and extremely professional way, giving us regular updates and liaising with all parties in a timely manner. He was understanding of the difficult position we were in, and supported us throughout with his calming reassurance. He negotiated our sale with expertise and professionalism and we owe the ultimately successful sale of our house to him.
