The lettings team - particularly Sarah and Bradlee - have been superb and very accommodating to my needs. They were reassuring and extremely helpful throughout the transition between tenants. Brandon from the Property Management/Deposit Team was also excellent, providing quick and supportive responses during a stressful period following property damage. AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.
