Five stars for Annie (and Isabel) and the team at Bridgfords Northallerton. I moved up from London at short notice and Annie made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. She was quick to respond, clear about every stage of the paperwork, and patient with my questions about the tenancy agreement and compliance documents. Everything I asked for was sent through promptly and explained properly, including the certificates and deposit details. Moving several hundred miles into a flat you have only seen briefly takes a certain amount of trust, and Annie earned it. Thank you for making the start of a new chapter in Northallerton so smooth.

Richard and Emma have both been exceptional throughout the entire process. They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property.<br>What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion. Whenever progress slowed, they proactively followed up and did everything possible to keep matters on track.<br>I know I probably tested their patience at times with my many questions and requests, but they were always helpful, responsive, and supportive. I'd highly recommend Bridgfords. My experience so far has been a positive one. I was feeling very apprehensive about the process of having to move due to my personal circumstances and past experiences.<br>The entire process has been very straightforward. I expressed an interest in a property and was contacted immediately to arrange a same day viewing. I found Murray to be a really polite estate agent who made me feel at ease about the next steps. He was very empathetic to my situation and didn’t seem phased by me needing a guarantor - this is something I’ve found to be an obstacle in the past.<br>I’d been communicating with Lucy via email; who was also very polite. Lucy was very quick to respond to messages. She has kept me in the loop the entire process and this has kept my mind at ease.<br>The vetting process was very simple and effective; as we had a response the following day.<br>They appear to have a great relationship with both the client and the landlord and excel in communication. As executors of our late mother's estate and property, there was added emotion involved in the property sale. Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line.
