Arranged to view property no one turned up. I travelled an hour stood in the pouring rain and they said they had rang me six times to confirm the appointment. I never got any phonecalls. If hadn't been able to make the viewing I would have called. They wouldn't even come five mins down the road to let e view said they were busy . Disgusting service

We’ve had a really positive experience with Adam Mariet-Jones. He has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout our tenancy. We recently used Bridgfords in Sale and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience. Throughout the entire buying process, I found the agency to be very unhelpful and, once the seller accepted our offer, they essentially washed their hands of the process. Emails often went unanswered, and communication was neither professional nor transparent.<br>I was also given a number of statements and assurances about the property during the sales process which later proved to be misleading and, in my opinion, amounted to mis-selling. This was extremely disappointing, especially when making such a significant purchase.<br>I genuinely regret having to leave a review like this, as I am not normally someone who leaves negative reviews, but the way this was handled was simply not acceptable. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.<br><br>Edit<br>What kind of answer is that? "Should you wish to discuss further"<br>Ridiculous!

All went ok aside from the recommended solicitors who seemed to drag their feet (as most probably do) it took 5 months after the offer to sell a property with no chain and to a cash investor who wanted no surveys. Made no sense and I felt that I was chasing Staff to chase the solicitors.

Ash is the best estate agent I’ve come across so far. He was extremely polite, friendly and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He was very helpful throughout the viewing and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
