We have had an amazing experience with Bridgfords dealing with Shaunnie and Victoria. Both have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, keeping us updated every step of the way!When working with previous estate agents, we were often left for longer periods of time waiting for information but that has never been the case with Bridgfords. Buying a house can be a stressful but both Victoria and Shaunnie tried to ease those feelings for us as much as possible, giving us regular updates, Thank you for all your hard work and for giving us such a positive experience!

Bridgfords were professional and friendly when making the appointment, provided confirmation and a reminder by text then called 10 minutes before the appointed time.
Victoria was friendly, knowledgable and informative and provided excellent service.

I can't recommend Bridgfords enough, Victoria and Shaunnie go above and beyond to help you and give you peace of mind when it comes to selling your house. Victoria came to our house to do a valuation, she was the third estate agent we had had round and she was the only one who came with knowledge and information about our house and the other houses on our street that had previously sold, giving us an Insight of what to expect when selling our house. This information was grately appreciated, Victoria had really done her homework and was 100% the most professional estate agent we saw. I wouldn't use anybody else, they are definitely the best in the business. Thanks Bridgfords

"Never a fun experience selling a property today - too much form filling, but i must say Victoria soon got things moving and was professional, polite, and kept me informed. When matters got bogged down, as happens today. Shaunnie at Bridgfords was especially helpful, not only with forms, but liaising with the solicitors (who sometimes appear to live in a different time scale) making sure that everything essential, including 'i's dotted and 'T's crossed was in their hands. When proceedings did appear to be grinding on, (think of a 10 minute injury time period when 3 would have sufficed) Bridgfords had a big hand in pushing matters to a satisfactory conclusion." The team at Bridgfords Whitby have been amazing! They have supported me in securing the buying of my new home, from viewings, right through to advice on solicitors, their fees and Anna Macmillian, Mortgage Advisor from Country Wide Mortgages, has been tremendous!
Bridgfords are a 'one stop shop' for everything and they have worked on my behalf and taken the headache out of all the negotiating and continue to do so. They are competent, efficient & professional and I highly recommend them.

Whilst viewing properties at Whitby we stumbled across Bridgfords Estate Agents. On arrival we were greeted by Shauney who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were shown a property we were interested in and the manager Victoria offered to take us there to view it the same day. During the viewing she went above and beyond sharing her knowledge and experience. We were extremely impressed!!! Fingers crossed the property is ours!
