Where to start. We were shown around the property by Josh, who was really friendly and new a great deal about the history of the property. We offered full price as we felt it was the right property for us. We were then dealt with by Samara who is fantastic. Even though technically she is working for the seller she went out of her way to ensure the transaction was smooth, even though she was dealing with the seller from hell and a hyper organised me! Not a combination for the faint hearted. She really did a fantastic job and her customer services skills are second to none. Def recommend as a potential seller . Well done and thank you... Frustratingly never showed up to a prearranged valuation appointment even though they are only a minute's walk. It wasn't until I had chased up, and waited approximately 30 minutes that I was told the colleague had been "caught in a meeting". I have therefore decided not to proceed as it doesn't convey confidence. Regrettably not recommended; it's a competitive market and these actions put off consumers.... Read more
