Recently sold our property via Kristine at Cubbit and west. I was slightly stressed as I have never sold a property before and was unsure of the process. Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. Ended up selling the property in 4 working days! Would recommend the company and Kristine for those looking for guidance and peace of mind!

We have been very fortunate to have Jo and Paul support us through a very emotional time. Although I didn't use Cubitt & West to sell my property, I can't speak highly enough of Jemma and the support she provided throughout my journey. Having not sold a property for 38 years the whole process felt very new and quite daunting. Jemma contacted me every week with details of new properties, checked in regularly to see how my sale was progressing, and always asked if there was anything she could do to help. Impressed with the energy and enthusiasm from the moment we met Cailean, Matt and Maddie.
