Sophie and the rest of the Curchods team have been nothing short of amazing throughout our sale/purchase process. We instructed Curchods to list on our behalf, and the property was offered on within a week. Our upstream move ended up being a complicated process (not Curchods related) but Sophie, Lucy & Marc were extremely competent, professional and dependable sources of communication between parties throughout.
I urge anyone looking to sell their property in Surrey to consider Curchods, moving home is never straight forward, but engaging with a firm as good as Curchods certainly helps make it as painless as possible. We cannot thank you enough!

Overall a very good experience.
Tony & Sean are very knowledgeable and helpful. Also responsive. I always got a call back and email responses in a timely manner.
I was lucky all parties were keen to complete and both solicitors (seller’s and myself ‘the buyer’) were very efficient. Combined with Curchod’s expertise and confidence the process was smooth sailing. I received good advice from Curchods during the process and they were always ready to answer any of my queries.
Thank you Curchods team, I will definitely consider purchasing from you again.

The marketing and sale of our house was undertaken by the highly professional team at Curchods in Walton. Initial valuation and marketing strategy was outlined by Warren Fraser and the house came to the market. Penny, Sophie and Tony wasted no time in showing the house and an offer was made. Penny was instrumental in negotiating an agreement and, although we had to await for the Grant of Probate, we were kept notified of progress with the chain of sales behind, at all times. With a motivated chain, the sale has taken 9 weeks and we are delighted with the outcome.
I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods Walton for efficiency, professionalism and above all, friendliness.

It would have been a resounding 5 stars but for the fact of being recommended the moving company from hell in Matrix Moving Experts by Curchods. In my opinion, any company that is recommended should have customer service equal to the excellent service given by Curchods, Matrix Moving Experts were horrifyingly lacking in that department.
