Curchods Woking is hands down the best property agency I’ve interacted with. My time renting with them was nothing short of brilliant. I’m pleased to write this review, as I’m still amazed at how quick and seamless the service was. When I called about the listing, Alex answered, and we arranged a meeting. On the day, the first great impression was Emma’s punctuality. She arrived on time, gave me a tour of the flat, and answered all my questions. After I confirmed that I was keen on the property, she mentioned she would send the necessary paperwork once she got back to the office. This was another big plus, as it was already after 5 p.m., yet the documents arrived before I even made it home. I’m still impressed by such efficient service. Throughout the process of completing the paperwork, I had a few rather uncommon questions and situations, all of which were resolved with ease. While I can't comment on other Curchods branches, the Woking branch has a remarkably dedicated team who clearly enjoy their work. The high rating they had before this review is thoroughly deserved.

Although I felt the price was low in comparison to the local area, I feel they appreciated our situation and had a low price to get a quick sale. Hopefully everything will now go through smoothly!

We worked with Alice who, over a number of months helped us find our home. She was calm, honest and always came back to us in a prompt manner - I honestly couldn't have asked for more when house purchasing can be so stressful. I would recommend Alice to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

After an unsuccessful attempt with another estate agents , we had a wonderful experience with very professional staff at Curchods of Kingston .
From Scott to Joanne and other staff , everyone helped and supported us during our house sale saga , now thankfully completed .

Graham, and the team at Curchods New Haw provided excellent service through our house sale with them. I chose Curchods for a few main reasons vs the other agents that valued our property. One being that Graham has sold two homes for my family in the past and we were happy with him then. Reason two was when Townley conducted the valuation unlike the other agents that just wanted my business he told me what he would need us to do to the property if he was to market it which I appreciated the honesty with. The other reason was that according to get agent Curchods perform best in the area. It wasn't an easy sale at times with various issues elsewhere in the chain but Graham kept everything moving for us and got the job done. Thanks Team.
