Curchods sold our family home of over 60 years. Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

We are very happy with the service from Caroline and the team at Churchods Godalming. We really love our new house, and Caroline was very helpful throughout the whole process.<br>She kept us updated throughout and was always on top of everything. Communication was really good, and she was always quick to reply. She even replied to our email while she was on holiday.<br>As first-time buyers, we found this really helpful and reassuring. Hayley, Townley, Graham and the team did a fantastic job in pricing, marketing, and successfully and quickly selling our house. They are big enough to have a good reach of potential buyers but small enough that you get the personal service.<br><br>Communication was exceptional, a real stand out compared to other agents I have dealt with over the years. Their proactivity to push things along with solicitors, agents and buyers/sellers, even for those quite far away from us in the chain, also stood out - they clearly really cared about doing a great job. Thank you!

Ruby was fantastic from start to finish with our property search. She was available for questions and was always communicative with both ourselves (buyers) and the sellers. We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.
