Curchods sold my house, unfortunately they weren’t the only Estate Agent I had used during the process but in the future I would turn to them first. Lucy and Rupert are a formidable team, tenacious, enthusiastic but realist too. A very professional service, great depth of knowledge of local area and realistic buyers around. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to friends.

Working with Curchods was an absolute pleasure. It was an emotional move and Lucy, especially, Rupert and the team went above and beyond, holding my hand through the ups and downs of moving home. Throughout our home buying process, Lucy was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered our calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development, nothing was too much trouble.
Lucy was the first person to welcome us to East Horsley, praising this wonderful village and has been in touch since to see if we have settled in okay.

Esme and Phil are just the right people to show you a property and surroundings.
They are just friendly, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, reliable and they do provide a great service.
This are only few words to briefly describe them but there are more than this.
I forgot to mention that the staff is also honest ....very important in this days.
After 2 long years we finally got our dream house ????.
I cannot thank enough to the all team in Ottershaw.
Lots of hugs from our son, wife, me and our 2 cats.

I am so grateful for the service provided by the Curchods team in the New Haw branch. From the beginning to put my house on the market to completion, Townley, Hayley and the rest of the team have been brilliant.
They cannot be faulted from scheduling viewings while being mindful of our requirements with regards to our cats at home to following up the transaction and providing us with advice along the way.
Very helpful and never pushy. I wish there were more businesses like this one.

We had a pleasant experience renting through this agent. The staff was friendly, supportive and professional. As our first time using the letting agent, Samantha explained to me every steps to happen in advance. Most importantly, She paid attention to our special needs and tried her best effort to let the landlord understand it, which helped us to stand out and be appealing to the landlord. It's good to feel that oh those agent don't just care about the money and want to make the deal asap, they are also warm and caring.
