It has been a long haul selling my late Mum's flat. Curchods finally sold it and it wasn't for want of trying in a volatile market with so many obstacles. We liked their honesty and keeping us up to date even if sometimes it was something we didn't want to hear. Thank you to West Byfleet staff with a special mention to Jordan, Charlie and Mark.

There are Estate Agents and then there is Spencer Darrington. He really is a league above every other Estate Agent I have come across. Personal but professional. Sold our house within a week which has been on the market for over a year. We moved on to exchange and completion which was done in 16 weeks with Spencer checking in everyday with the whole chain working tirelessly to get it finalised as I had a deadline. So if you want your house sold efficiency and effectively I would use Spencer at Curcholds every time.

The whole team at Curchods West Byfleet are very approachable, welcoming and friendly. Their strong knowledge of the local area allows them to offer helpful and realistic advice from the outset, which builds confidence and helps set clear and confident expectations. We sold our home on Stanley Gardens Road through Curchods with Rob, James and the team and had a really good experience overall.
From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood.
After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop.

I recently sold my property with Curchods in New Malden and I highly recommend it. Dealt mostly with Rupert who was clear, professional and proactive throughout the whole process.
