My experience with Dixons Great Barr , in particular zahida of countywide was not a coincident but a great blessing. She makes life so easy for me and my family, Zahida is best in what she does (professionally). She have all it take to be a mortgage advisor. She is updated and gives details in every stages and process, she is one of the most friendly person i have ever met. I will recomend her to anyone without any reservation... If you want to buy house without any problems or stress, please and please ask for zahida bhanji. Zahida was a great blessing to us. Makes us move to our new home in less than expected. Well where do I start I was referred to Dixons via a friend after a year of searching for property's Once at Dixons there were very welcoming. I met Zahida who made me feel like I was the only customer she had she took me through the process from start to finish in small steps explaining everything she was doing and why, Even thou I did not buy through Dixons they supported me with other agencies and was on the end of the phone for any queries. Even when there was problems she took the time to email call and offer moral support and was very easy to get through to even on her days off This journey was something I was putting off for some time but once I got through the door till completion has been an experience that was very pleasant I would be back again if I was to buy and sell my home without a doubt and have no worries. What can i say about the team at Dixons Great Barr...... one word to sum them up FANTASTIC!!! The moment i walked through the doors in July 2014 was the best decision i made to instruct this estate agent Aaron treated me like i was the only client he had.... I had mortgage advice and lots of additonal support from Zahida, again i felt as if i was her only client she went the extra mile for me. Andy the manager was good too, kept me updated with all that was happening with my sale, the team even liased with the estate agent i was purchasing from. The after sales team were great too Sam was a star and saw me through difiicult times.... Overall what i want to say is DIXONS GREAT BARR are the estate agents to beat!! If i was to sell/buy again i would use them without thinking twice.... but for now im settled and happy in my new home. Thank You Dixons!!... Read more
