Firstly id like to say moving house is a stressful time and to have a chain of 6 houses is beyond words! however can honestly say now at the stage of exchange these next couple of days can truly say that Jody (especially)and team have been outstanding at the Walsall branch. Providing me with the promised weekly updates even though i was the bottom of the chain Jody has made me feel just as important throughout, any issues, enquirers raised Jody was the first to update me, couldn't rate this branch any more, more so Jody! Excellent Service and Fantastic Customer service! Reading reviews about some Estate Agents is daunting but cant fault this branch and team. Counting my sleeps till Exchange :) Thank you ladies!... Sarah Collins is the fairy godmother of mortgages and we are so grateful for her help, advice and support, throughout a very stressful time! Finding a new home was a sensitive subject for me and wanted someone I was familiar with to help, I knew one of the staff who worked here (Tom Daly) so I messaged him and he was more than happy to help. I'm extremely fussy but Tom found me the perfect house to call home. I'm so grateful for his service not only as a member of staff but as a friend and always pop in to say hi when ever I'm in the area as all the staff are very welcoming. Dixons has a wonderful team who were all exstatic to help me, however I had the luxury of the aid of Tom Daly in my quest to find a family home. After getting married this year me and my wife were searching for somewhere to start a family. Mr Daly showed us around a number of properties, and his expertise, and complete honesty, helped us pick the house of our dreams. It is obvious that he is a hard worker who strives to make his customers feel comfortable and obtain the house that would suit them. Being shown around by him was like me lead my a friend.
