Hannah was Very professional and supportive during the whole process. Best thing is they respond very quickly and keep you update at all the stage. We’ve had the most pleasant experience with Dixons Yardley, and especially our sales negotiator, Zoe Powell.<br><br>Zoe has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. She always responds so quickly, chases up solicitors on our behalf, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make the whole buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Nothing has ever been too much trouble.<br><br>The team have also been so accommodating with viewings, even coming in on weekends to fit around our availability, which we’ve really appreciated.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. If you’re buying or selling through Dixons Yardley, I highly recommend them. professional, friendly, and always making sure your queries are dealt with as quickly as possible. Thank you, Zoe!

Our experience with Dixons was genuinely one of the worst parts of our house move. I have had a lot of time to think about this review and I guess its an opportunity to call out bad behaviour!<br><br>From the start, we felt as though we were being given excuses rather than assistance. We were initially told we could not view the property because our own home had not yet gone on the market. Strangely, when my husband called and explained we intended to rent our property instead, a viewing appointment was suddenly available.<br><br>The seller herself admitted she was handling viewings because Dixons had been ineffective, with little effort made to engage prospective buyers.<br><br>The most disappointing aspect was dealing with Andy. When our initial sale fell through, his attitude considerably changed. Rather than showing understanding, he spoke in a condescending manner and made us feel as though we were somehow responsible for circumstances beyond our control - he really took it personally and it was clear commission was priority rather than customer service.<br><br>As the process continued, it was interesting to watch the same pressure applied to the sellers when progress slowed down. The willingness to help seemed directly linked to getting the sale over the line as quickly as possible.<br><br>Even on completion day, I had to chase for information regarding the keys because Andy appeared unaware they were ready. Ironically, once the purchase was finalised, he suddenly became very friendly and eager to offer help in the future.<br><br>We absolutely love our home, but if I had a choice I would never choose to deal with Dixons again. Buying a property should be exciting, not made more stressful by poor communication, pressure tactics and inconsistent customer service.<br><br>The experience with Dixons has been dire, and when you hear from other agents how awful they are you just wish you didn't have the interact with them.<br><br>I would highly recommend watching out for the classic car sales man tactics they use - adding stress and worry for no reason.<br><br>I love the fact we got the house and are settled. If we ever sold, it would be through Hunters - they know their stuff, don't call any bluffs and are transparent!
