Sold for 30% less than estimated price. Fixed fee poor value in context of sale price, gave no incentive to work. Poor initiatives on marketing beyond suggestion price reductions. In adequate communication,(eg letter on completion arrive a week after actual completion)Better alternatives exist... Read more
