Morgan has been an absolute star with the process of buying our house ( hasn’t been easy with complications)

We recently rented a property through Frank Innes in Loughborough and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
From the very beginning, the team were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions.
A special mention to the staff for their friendly and approachable manner, especially Sandra Baughan — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right for us.
