We recently rented a property through Frank Innes in Loughborough and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
From the very beginning, the team were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions.
A special mention to the staff for their friendly and approachable manner, especially Sandra Baughan — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right for us.
The whole experience, from viewing the property through to moving in, was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. It really gave me confidence that we were in good hands.
We would highly recommend Frank Innes Loughborough to anyone looking to rent a property — a fantastic service from start to finish.

Do not use this company! Absolutely awful experience. I rented a mice infested apartment with them, finding out this was an issue they had known about for three years and continued to let. Had a hole in the roof for six months that they didn’t fix and have had to vacate due to such poor living conditions. And after all that claimed half my deposit for an issue they failed to record in the inventory from the previous tenancy.
