We've had a great experience with the team at Frank Innes! Excellent customer service especially from Alice and Maddie, and we worked with Amelia Bland for our mortgage who was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond (even sending some documents across on a Saturday when she wasn't at work so we could offer on a house). Thank you all so much. We'd highly recommend the Frank Innes team and Amelia to anyone!

I was issued a section 21 eviction notice by my landlady, who decided she wanted to sell the property I rented, via Frank Innes. They were not only apologetic but immediately started helping me to find a new home. I must thank Ellie and Molly for their friendly and expert support in making my move much less stressful. They kept me informed throughout on what was happening with the flat I was moving into and were always willing to let me view the property before moving in. I also found the sales team equally friendly and professional. Before the move they would ask if prospective buyers of the house could view at a time that suited me. The whole process of moving was smooth and easy. Excellent service, Many thanks.
