Connor from Frank Innes agency has outdone many other letting agency in customer service. I've been in contact with David and James, Comfort Estate, Janet Jones etc and I'm not saying these other agencies aren't good, but in my personal experience the customer service from Frank Innes was better. So credit to Connor for his amazing customer service.

After moving to a whole new city with very little knowledge on British tennency procedures i've had nothing but a phenomenal experience with Chelsea she has been great help through my issues with getting a guarantour and had nothing but patience and good advice whilst also being willing to get measurements and a video of the flat for me within 24 hours of request can only highly praise her in particular and if she is the standard that Frank Innes operates at then not only her but all their staff for their professionalism, warmth, experience and guidance. If i consider moving again i will defintely be reaching out to Frank Innes for support.

We have had nothing but support from Cameron Bulley at Frank Innes. We are first time buyers dealing with a repossession property and the whole process was stressful but he helped us throughout, making things a lot less confusing and a lot faster! We have had endless amounts of viewings and sent endless amounts of emails but he was nothing but happy to help make sure everything went smoothly. We are very close to completing and a lot of it is all thanks to Cameron!! We couldn't recommend an estate agent more. Thank you to Cameron and everyone else at Frank innes who helped.
